How Much Time Do You Need To Write An Article?

I saw an online review of one of my books the other day and it made me chuckle.

It was written by someone who had bought my book, How to Write an Article in 15 Minutes or Less; Including Research, Editing & Proofing.

She complained that the book said that to write an article you only get 2 -3 minutes for research and that it wasn’t enough. She complained, asking how could anyone thoroughly research a subject in just a few minutes?

What made me smile was that the whole system only gives you 15 minutes to do everything so how could most of that time be used for research?

And also, the other funny thing, was that she hadn’t even tried it. I had the feeling she’d put the book down and said, ‘Can’t be done!’ I never understand people who buy a book about how to do something and then don’t even try to do it. What's the point of buying a book about how to do something, and then not doing it? The book does explain in detail how to do the research quickly. But again, this person clearly couldn't be bothered trying it first. If she had, she would have found that it worked.

And not only has she missed out by not trying to write an article in 15 minutes or less, but the book also has bonus chapters on how to write one article in seven different ways AND 10 ways to make money writing articles.

But no doubt, she didn’t try any of those either. If she did should would have quickly realised that turning 1 article into 7, means that you only have to do that pesky research once and that will give you enough content to write seven articles at once.

And I never trust a review from someone who reads a book about how to do something and then says it doesn't work when they haven't even tried it. I mean, how can they possibly know it doesn't work?

Clearly, she missed out on all this book has to offer, which is 7 ways to write articles and earn money from them.

What more could I offer?

Except to say that not only does the book tell you to research quickly, but it tells you EXACTLY where to look and how to do it.

It really is easy.

You just have to give it a try.
