The subjects they write about are evergreen and always topical, including self-help, diet, health, insurance, debt, and home ownership, just to name a few. These are topics that people are always interested in.
3. They never run out of ideas. They are so hard-working that their minds are always 'on the job' so they're always working on the next great idea, or a new way to monetise their online content.
